•  We Accept: Purchase Orders, Money Orders, Checks, Checks by Phone,
   and Major Credit Cards. 

•  Processing/shipping of orders paid by check or checks by phone will take
   longer because these orders can only be shipped after your check clears
   your bank. Please allow up to 7 days for processing/shipping.

Shipping Policy
Most items will be shipped within two business days
unless we inform you otherwise at time of purchase.
Special orders will ship within two weeksand are not refundable.

Shipping Charges
The Back Pack shipping charge is 15% of your total with a minimum of $5.00.

Return/Exchange Policy
•  All books (except special order items) can be exchanged. The Back Pack will
   cover shipping charges on exchanges if due to our error.
•  Computer software may be returned or exchange if un-opened or defective. 
   Audio cassettes, and videos may be returned or exchanged only if the
   product is defective.
•  Prior authorization must be obtained for exchanges and returns and items must 
   be received in our office within 45 days after purchase and must be in the same  
   condition as when received. 
•  Non refundable items include special ordered items, orders given special 
   discounts beyond our normal discounts, clearance, close-out and
   liquidation items.
•  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned items that are not part of a
   customized curriculum package.

Customized Curriculum Packages  

You may exchange any item in a complete curriculum package within the first 30 days. In fact, because we want your package to be perfect for your child, we encourage exchanges. All you pay is shipping. Exchanges rarely happen, but we do make the offer just in case.

If you should need to return all or part of a Customized Curriculum Package after you have received it, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned items. This fee only applies if you return all or part of your package. Otherwise we guarantee your package 100% by way of exchanges.
