We Accept: Purchase Orders, Money Orders, Checks, Checks by Phone, and Major Credit Cards. 

Processing/shipping of orders paid by check or checks by phone will take longer  because these orders can only be shipped after your check clears your bank. Please allow up to 7 days for processing/shipping.

Teacher Editions are  added weekly so check back often.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling charge is 15% of your merchandise total (minimum $5.00). Due to increases in shipping costs, this charge may be adjusted based on our actual shipping cost including packaging/handling at time of purchase. 

Shipping Policy
We will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days.  We don't often have backorders, but when we do you can be sure that we are doing everything we can to ship your materials to you in a timely manner (usually within 7 to 10 business days).

Return/Exchange Policy
Before returning or exchanging any "New" item(s), you must call our office for a return authorization and instructions. 252 244 0728 (see Note below).  
All "New" merchandise must be received in our office within 30 days of our shipping date and must be in like-new condition.  Computer software may be returned or exchange if un-opened or defective.  Audio cassettes, and videos may be returned or exchanged only if the product is defective.  A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all "new" items returned to us in like-new condition. (minimum $3.00).  

Before returning any "Used" item(s), you must call our office for return authorization and instructions. (252) 244-0728  Phone call verification of your impending return or exchange will help to assure prompt handling once your package is received in our office. Customer satisfaction is our goal. Items returned without authorization will not be processed. All "Used" materials must be received in our office within 30 days of our shipping date and in the same condition as when you received it. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all "used" items returned. (minimum $3.00) 

Non refundable items include special ordered items, orders given special discounts beyond our normal discounts, clearance, close-out and liquidation items.

The final decision on all returns or exchanges, both "New and Used" is left to the discretion of the owners of The Back Pack. Your postage on returns or exchanged will be reimbursed only if they are a result of our office error.  Please insure your return package to protect yourself against loss.

Customized Curriculum Packages  
If for some unforeseen reason you should need to return or cancel a Customized Curriculum Package (or product(s) contained therein) that we developed for you, a 15% consultation fee will be applied, as well as our regular return policy fees above. This additional 15% (for consultation) only applies to a product(s) in a Customized Curriculum Package.
